We’re over the moon with our win at the Drum Roses Creative Awards 2018. Our ‘Not Sorry Mums’ campaign for the Public Health Agency was plucked from a bunch of fantastic adverts and awarded bronze in the ‘TV/Cinema: Over 21 Seconds’ category.
The awards celebrate the UK’s best creative work crafted outside London. It pitted Genesis and the Public Health Agency against huge ad agencies and brands like Specsavers, Aldi, BBC, Lynx, Smyths Toys Superstores, and Irn Bru. The sky-high standard of creative work meant competition was fierce so all nominees and winners deserve a lot of credit.
It’s brilliant to see the advert recognised on this stage, because ‘Not Sorry Mums’ is important for Northern Ireland. It tackles our low breastfeeding rates by empowering mums to breastfeed in public and challenging outdated perceptions that may linger in some sections of the wider public.
Of course, a big ‘thank you’ goes to PHA and our suppliers for their partnership, support and being lovely to work with.
