NI Connections is working to harness the power of the Northern Irish diaspora to help grow the economy by helping to attract investment, tourism, conferences, events and other opportunities. As part of this initiative, Genesis was tasked with improving the organisation’s digital infrastructure, starting with the website.
Through working closely with the team at NI Connections, we established the core purposes of the new website, which included:
- acting as a content platform to attract and recruit new members
- providing a mechanism to collect customer data as part of an on-going CRM and customer profiling initiative, helping us to understand how to better engage with members and increase levels of affinity, and connection to the overall diaspora initiative.
The NI Connections website was then redesigned and developed, taking into consideration the importance of mobile optimisation and website best practice.
The website has been live since December 2014 and has received a very positive client and public reaction. As part of the digital strategy for 2015, we’re focusing on quality content to be featured on the website.
